Dr. Glober conducted three workshops here at The University of Liverpool, UK: one with Year 3 medical students
on Building Rapport with Patients, one with Year 5 students on Working with Challenging Patients, and one with
communication skills tutors and clinical colleagues on Giving Feedback. All workshops were very well received.
Feedback from students and staff was positive, with pointing to the valuable skills that they had learnt from the
workshops and commenting on how useful they would find these skills in their future practice. Dr. Glober is a very
